Bun Geiz Corporation is pleased to announce the opening of our fourth restaurant, Edomae Sushi Kisen, in Arcadia, CA. The restaurant offers authentic Edomae Sushi using traditional Japanese techniques, only thin rolls are available, and all dried gourds and conger eel are prepared in the restaurant by Japanese chefs.
We have 30-40 different types of seasonal sushi items delivered directly to our restaurant twice a week from a middleman in Toyosu through our own channels, and we aim to offer authentic sushi at an affordable price point while still being in the United States.
