Sushi Yamamoto Opened in Beverly Hills

We are thrilled to announce the opening of "Sushi Yamamoto" in Beverly Hills. With the closure of the renowned "Urasawa," which has been cherished by food enthusiasts worldwide and earned two Michelin stars since its establishment in 2002, we have been honored to take over the space from the former owner and chef, Mr. Hiroyuki Urasawa, leading to the exciting launch of our new establishment.

Taking the helm as our executive chef is Yusuke Yamamoto, a culinary maestro who has garnered popularity among discerning diners in Japan and Los Angeles for his skillful and artistic approach to traditional cuisine. Supporting him is Kazushige Motoishi, who brings his experience in Japanese cuisine from Arashiyama Kiccho and his international exposure in France and Monaco. Ensuring impeccable service and pairing with our dishes, Teppei Fujimura, with his refined service experience at hotels and three-star restaurants, serves as our sommelier.

At "Sushi Yamamoto," we offer a curated omakase course exclusively, priced at $390 per person. Additionally, guests can indulge in our sommelier-curated champagne, wine, and sake pairing course, available at $250. We have also prepared a delightful selection of sake, including 14th generation and Jikon, as well as the prized "Isojiman" from the hometowns of our chef and sommelier in Shizuoka.
